The Site does not, by itself, constitute the platform through which 1Access+ products or services are provided to clients or end users.

1Access+ products and services may be implemented, provided, or made available through applications, platforms, portals, APIs, interfaces, websites, or other technological environments separate from the Site (the “1Access+ Services”).

2- Scope of These Terms

These Terms govern exclusively access to and use of the public Site www.1accessplus.io.

They do not govern access to or use of applications, platforms, APIs, portals, or other technological environments through which the 1Access+ Services may be provided, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The 1Access+ Services may be subject to separate terms and conditions, service agreements, service orders, service level agreements, data processing agreements, privacy notices, and other documents applicable to each product, client, or implementation.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific agreement applicable to a 1Access+ Service, such specific agreement shall prevail with respect to the relevant service.

3- Information Available on the Site

OLE seeks to ensure that the information available on the Site is useful and current.

However, descriptions of products, functionalities, integrations, technical capabilities, security features, implementation timelines, pricing, availability, support, performance, and other information published on the Site are general and informational in nature.

Information on the Site:

1. does not constitute a binding contractual offer;
2. does not guarantee the availability of any specific functionality;
3. does not constitute a guarantee of performance, compatibility, or results;
4. does not replace the commercial or contractual terms applicable to the 1Access+ Services; and

The final features and conditions of any 1Access+ Service shall be those set forth in the applicable agreement entered into with the relevant client.

4- Service Levels and Availability

Any reference on the Site to availability, support, performance, response times, continuity, uptime, or other operational indicators shall be understood as a general description of product capabilities or characteristics.

Any specific contractual commitment regarding service levels, availability, support, or a Service Level Agreement (SLA) shall be binding only if expressly set forth in a written agreement entered into with the relevant client.

In the absence of such agreement, no information published on the Site shall be interpreted as a contractual guarantee of uptime, availability, support, response time, or service level.

5- Requests for Information and Demonstrations

The Site allows prospective clients, partners, and other interested persons to request information, contact our team, or request a demonstration of 1Access+ products and solutions.

Submission of a form, email, or demonstration request:

1. does not constitute the purchase or engagement of services;
2. does not obligate OLE to accept a proposal or provide a service;
3. does not guarantee availability, pricing, implementation timing, or any particular functionality; and
4. does not, by itself, create a contractual relationship between the user and OLE.

Any potential engagement shall be subject to the commercial and contractual terms separately agreed upon by the parties.

Access to the Site does not grant users any ownership rights in such materials.

OLE grants only a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use the Site in accordance with these Terms.
